How do I wear my water bottle harness?

Put the strap over your head and put one arm through the harness.

What is the best way to get the harness off my bottle?

Give one side of the rubber noose a firm tug, then the other. By manipulating and stretching the sides of the holder separately, it should come off.

I’m having a tough time removing the harness from my water bottle. What do you recommend?

Simply put your foot in the strap and pull on the bottle firmly with both hands. It may help to slant the bottle sideways as you do , so the lip around the bottle comes through the rubber holder at an angle.
